Does My Child Need Prior Experience with Physical Literacy?

Not at all! Kids of all skill levels and physical abilities are welcome at Youthletics.

If your child’s school follows the Ontario Curriculum, they’ve already experienced the principals of physical literacy and will fit right in.

Our low instructor to participant ratios ensure we can provide individualized attention to all participants and support their growth and development at a comfortable pace.

Do You Offer a Trial Class?

As much as we’d love to, a free trial class is currently not available. Our classes build upon each other, creating a solid foundation of physical literacy before moving on to more complex concepts and skills.

The full effect of the programs can only be seen with consistent participation and full commitment.

What is Your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing and submitted to Youthletics via email to info@youthletics.ca. Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the start of camp will receive a refund minus an administration fee of $25 per program being cancelled. Cancellation requests received at least 5 days before the start of camp will receive a 50% refund of total camp fees. Cancellation requests that are received less than 2 days prior to the start of the program being requested to cancel will not qualify for a refund. A medical note is required for cancellations due to injury or illness. Refunds are not granted for inclement weather.

Youthletics has partnered with Advanced Taekwon-Do Academy to host our 2018 Summer program.

What’s the Policy on Bad Weather?

Thanks to our indoor facility, rain becomes merely a pleasant backdrop. Bring the kids no matter the weather.

Are Your Programs for Boys or Girls?

All Youthletics programs are co-ed.

What Does My Child Wear to Camp?

Participants should wear fitted athletic clothing such as shorts, track pants or leggings, with a t-shirt or tank top. Please no crop tops or short shorts. Our venue supports barefoot or non-slip socks only.

What Do They Bring?

Please pack a water bottle, lunch and snacks for your children. Please be mindful not to pack allergen-containing foods (nuts or other known allergens)

Is There a Sibling Discount?

Absolutely! Siblings get a 10% discount after the first child.

What Are Your Qualifications?

All program leaders are certified and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers, and/or the National Coaching Certification Program.

All Youthletics staff must submit a satisfactory criminal record checks and vulnerable sector screening (within 6 months) prior to employment.
